What plumbing jobs do you handle?

We handle light, fixture-level plumbing: faucet and showerhead swaps, running-toilet rebuilds, toilet replacement, garbage disposals, shut-off and supply valves, hose bibs, and minor under-sink leaks. Larger work is referred to a licensed plumber.

What plumbing do you NOT do?

As a light handyman we do not do repipes, main water or sewer line work, gas lines, water heater installs, or anything requiring a plumbing permit. We will happily point you to a licensed plumber for those.

How much does a small plumbing job cost?

Most small jobs start from our $129 minimum, which covers travel, prep, and the first 1.5 hours. Larger or combined tasks run at $79/hr after that. Parts and fixtures are additional, and a $75 trip charge applies only outside the core service area.

Can you replace my garbage disposal?

Yes. We remove the old unit, install and seal the new disposal, and test it. You can supply the disposal or we can advise on a suitable model for your sink.

Do you fix leaking faucets and running toilets?

Yes — these are two of our most common calls. We rebuild the internal parts or replace the fixture entirely, depending on condition, and confirm it is watertight before leaving.
